are absolutely beautiful. You’ve got the sun, the Hawaiian culture, the paradise for couples to have a perfect matrimony. On the flip side of this coin, there’s the ultimate terror when it comes to destination weddings. I could go on and on with the details that I experienced and witnessed with my own eyes. Everyone from the ‘top of the chain’ down to the lowest common denominator; everyone has an agenda. Greed, corruption, and the stressors of becoming territorial.
Hawaii is suppose to be a beautiful enchanted place for people to come and enjoy the paradise lifestyle. That’s all quickly erased when people use Hawaii as their ‘cash cow’ rather than accept the beauty that it brings to the couple. The Hawaiian ‘Ohana’ is lost. Because people want to cash in on God’s natural beauty. There’s no more ‘ohana’.
During my time in Hawaii, I pushed myself to capture some of the most captivating wedding shots that I’ve ever developed. It takes time to develop an ‘eye’ for photography. It shouldn’t be rushed or dictated by someone else. USE YOUR EYES TO SEE WHAT YOU SEE. DON’T LET OTHERS STEER YOU INTO A WALL!
